It’s a pleasure to sit down at one of these tables. Everything that comes out of the kitchen lives up to what the menu promises. Far from sticking to year-round routines, the Chef chooses only what’s in season: fresh fish from the nearby lakes and rivers, crisp salads, vegetables and herbs, meat from animals reared with organic food, prepared skilfully but without unnecessary fuss. A gourmet couldn’t hope for anything better… At the Seiler au Lac we believe in serving good food. |
